Story

A renovation that included a new under-house garage, all new foundation and a three level building where the only original thing left was a brick chimney.

Material

The home has curved vitradual cladding, curved glass balustrades, tesla power wall and solar panel system.

Inside is a curved, tiled island bench, a bronze mirror splash back, Japanese shoji doors, swim spa and much more.

Kitchen

A well-designed kitchen that has two kitchen benches with one accessible to the servery window. The use of vertical tiles to look like flutes sets this kitchen off with quality tiling and finishes. The timber ceiling has provided a contrasting connection with the remainder of the residence. The kitchen is larger than it appears as the built-in double-door refrigerator and dishwasher is integrated. While hidden through a panelled door is a butler’s pantry and more storage.
